Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a product is not what you expected, email contact@redismastery.org within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a brief reason. We approve refunds in good faith and do not require you to justify your decision in detail.

Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further few days to show the credit.

Because access is granted immediately at checkout, an order cannot be cancelled once the download has begun. You expressly consent to immediate delivery at checkout, and the statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content is therefore waived. Our voluntary refund policy above applies regardless.

We may decline a refund where a request is made more than 14 days after purchase, where the product has been redistributed or shared in breach of its licence, or where repeated purchase-and-refund activity suggests abuse.

If a download link fails or a file is corrupt, contact us and we will fix or replace it. If we cannot, you receive a full refund regardless of how long ago you bought the product.
