redismastery.org is operated by Merdoiuna LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17336164, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We sell digital educational products: video courses, written guides, source code and reference materials delivered as downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable tax, which is confirmed at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your card or bank statement will show MERDOIUNA LTD.

Access is granted immediately after your payment is authorised. You are redirected to a download page and receive an email with your download links at the address given at checkout. If a link does not arrive within one hour, contact contact@redismastery.org and we will resend it.

On payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own learning and professional work, including in commercial projects you build. You may not resell, republish, share or redistribute the files, or use them to create a competing educational product. Team licences for five or more users are available on request.

Because products are digital and available immediately, you agree that delivery begins as soon as you complete checkout and that your statutory right to cancel is lost once the download has started. Regardless of this, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund policy — see our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, share account or download credentials, or use the products unlawfully. We may revoke access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Our products are educational material provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
